Contribute to change
At the moment the volunteer program is under review due to lack of resources to support it: accommodation and coordinators. However, those interested in being able to contribute or be part of it in some way can be contacted to find out the details of ongoing projects. As a prerequisite, it is essential to send your CV with a photo, the expected length of stay or weekly capacity in hours to dedicate, and your expectations. Once received, the details of the possible project will be sent.
Junior or Beginner Volunteer
To provide opportunities for everyone who wants to participate in some way in the conservation of cetaceans and oceans in OCC, this opportunity is open. All kinds of people, age, level and educational background may be part of it.
Participation time: 1 month.
Modality: remote.
Possible actions of the volunteer: spread information about the activities on social networks, share the OCC actions with friends and family, share quotes or images from the campaigns on Instagram and/or Twitter.
When it ends: delivery of the OCC junior volunteer certificate.
Intermediate volunteer or student
Students of intermediate training or professionals may participate in any of the following areas: biology, communication, sociology, anthropology, graphic and web design, journalism, accounting.

Participation time: 2 months.
Modality: distance and face-to-face -50% -.

Possible actions of the volunteer: spread information about the activities on social networks, share the OCC actions with friends and family, share quotes or images from social media, participate in the campaigns - educational, management or scientific-.

When it ends: delivery of the OCC junior volunteer certificate.
Advanced or professional volunteer
When admitted in this category, the volunteer becomes a part of "OCC members and partners". Advanced students, graduates and professionals may participate in any of the following areas: biology, communication, sociology, anthropology, graphic and web design, journalism, accounting, video filming/editing and photography.

Ideal participation time: 12 months. Modality: distance and face-to-face 50%.

Possible member actions: participate in meetings and collaborate, integration into projects, and sharing activities on social networks, sharing OCC actions with friends and family, share quotes or images from social media, participate in campaigns - educational, management or scientific-.

When it ends: delivery of the OCC advanced volunteer certificate.
